Cleanflow Utility Supply Company offers free courier shipping to most locations in Canada and the continental USA for pre-tax orders over $99.00 CDN. We will use the most economical courier service available.
This free shipping offer is limited to destinations that the couriers normally service, and for package sizes and weights that the couriers normally handle.
For orders with destinations that will incur "Beyond Service Area" courier charges, or packages with sizes or weights that will require "Special Handling" courier charges, we will notify you with the additional shipping costs to determine if you would like to:
Pay the additional Beyond Destination courier charge
Pay the additional Special Handling courier charge
Cancel your order
Change the shipping destination to an alternate destination where the Beyond Destination charges do not apply.
Please note that unless goods have manufacturing defects, refunds and exchanges do not include free shipping. Only the initial shipment to your door is covered by our free shipping policy.
We ship items out as soon as possible, but this may not always be the same day you place your order. In general, please allow 1 to 4 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, we will contact you. You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. This responsibility belongs to the carrier who delivers the package. All goods are accepted in good condition by the carrier. Items constructed of glass, such as lamps or bulbs, are ordered at your own risk. These are fragile goods at risk of breakage during shipment. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if breakage occurs during transit.
This section applies only to customers located within the United States. If you are located within Canada, you are not subject to any of the items noted below.
Cleanflow is located in Canada, and we do ship internationally to the continental United States. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely based on the type of item ordered and the dollar value of the order. Please do your research through your local customs office so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
If the customer refuses to pay to import their goods to their country, Cleanflow will have the shipment returned, and a refund will be issued minus inbound/outbound shipping charges, plus a 25% restocking fee.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday
Orders with a P.O. box number entered at checkout will be shipped Canada Post. We may contact you for a street address if Canada Post is not feasible.
Delays in delivery due to causes beyond our control do happen. Severe weather, holidays, etc can affect transit time.
If we need to backorder an item, we will notify you. This will not affect your shipping cost.
Sometimes we may alter chosen shipping method or mode of shipment based on carrier's time of transit and/or cost. This can happen if we find a quicker shipping service. This will not affect your shipping cost.

Cleanflow stands behind the products we sell, and we want to make sure your experience with us is a positive one.
If your order is not exactly as ordered, you can return the incorrect item for a full refund or exchange it for something else. Products returned for refund or exchange should be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please contact us and we will supply you with a courier label to enable you to return the incorrect product to us at no charge.
If the order is correct, you may exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products returned for exchange should be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
If a product is defective or wears out prematurely (beyond our 30 day refund/exchange period), it may be warrantied by the manufacturer of the product. In these instances, we may be able to contact the manufacturer for a replacement if product fails under warranty period.
Products purchased from the "Clearance" section of our website are final sale and not returnable.
Special orders (items not listed on our site) and cut lengths are not returnable.
