The SJE PumpMaster Plus Wide-Angle Float Switch is a non-mercury, wide-angle mechanical float switch designed for direct control of 120 volt pumps up to 3/4 HP, and 240 volt pumps up to 2 HP.

These float switches are designed for pump down applications. (pump starts at high water level and shuts off at low water level). Simply plug the pump into the back of the piggyback plug. Then plug the piggyback plug into the wall outlet. The float switch will now automatically control the pump.

PumpMaster Plus Wide-Angle Float Switches are also available without a piggyback plug for connection to control panels.

These float switches are UL recognized, CSA Certified, and come with a five year warranty.

FLOAT: 3.05 inches diameter x 3.56 inches long (7.75 x 9.04 cm) high impact, corrosion resistance, PVC housing for use in sewage and water up to 140°F (49°C). Non-mercury, wide angle.

125 VAC 50/60 Hz Single Phase: Maximum Pump Running Current: 15 amps Maximum. Pump Starting Current: 85 amps Recommended Pump HP: 3/4 HP or less.

250 VAC 50/60 Hz Single Phase: Maximum Pump Running Current: 15 amps Maximum. Pump Starting Current: 85 amps Recommended Pump HP: 2 HP or less.

NOTE: This switch must be used with pumps that provide integral thermal overload protection.
