Free Courier Delivery Over $199 in Canada/USA
Orders that have a total of $199.00 or more before tax qualify for Free Shipping to all Canadian provinces and continental US states.
Orders under $199.00 before taxes will be charged a flat rate of $20.00 + taxes to the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec.
Orders under $199.00 before taxes will be charged a flat rate of $30.00 + taxes to the Atlantic Canadian provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.
Canadian and American territories are exempt from our free shipping and flat rate shipping promotions, and will be shown a calculated freight rate during checkout.
This free shipping offer is limited to destinations that the couriers typically service, and for package sizes and weights that the couriers are capable of accepting. For hefty items (100 lbs+ typically), we may contact you for additional freight costs prior to shipping your order. Hefty items will typically have special notes on their page which indicate that we will contact you after your order is placed to discuss delivery options.
Order Delays Due to Supply Chain Disruptions
Our standard order processing time is 2-5 business days, not including the day your order is placed. We do our best to have orders shipped as quickly as possible but unfortunately due to a number of world wide supply chain disruptions, that timeline has been tested and delays are occurring. If you have any questions in regards to order timeline - please call or e-mail and check stock prior to placing your order with us and we'll happy to provide you as much detailed information as we can on when you can expect your order.
Shipping from our Canadian Location
We ship most items from our Canadian warehouse located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This means no customs clearance charges for Canadian customers, and no wait times for overseas shipments.
On occasion, we may have our manufacturing partners ship from their Canadian warehouses. We work with many different manufacturers across Canada to provide you with the quickest lead time on a diverse range of products.
Shipping Time
Most orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. Courier transit time is separate, and can vary on average between 1 and 3 business days after an order has been shipped.
We ship orders complete, and any back ordered or special order items can delay shipping times. If an item is not included with your order, it is to be considered as backordered.
Delivery Times in Canada
Shipping timelines can vary between different carriers and locations, but as a general rule of thumb here are some close estimates of delivery times in Canada. Please consider and add time for us to prepare the order for shipment as noted in the previous section.

Order Revisions
Our job at it's most basic level is to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible. Therefore, we have a 90-minute policy in place for order revisions. Revisions may include address change or courier method requests. After your order has been placed, there is a 90-minute window before your order moves to our warehouse in which you will be able to revise your order. After these 90-minutes, your order is with our warehouse and there are no guarantees that we will be able to revise your order prior to shipment. Please note that orders can and do move to our warehouse faster than 90-minutes. In these scenarios, revisions are not an option.
If you do wish to make revisions and you are within our 90-minute window, please call us as soon as possible. Emails do not always get seen the same moment that they are sent. We require a phone call in order to make revisions within our 90-minute window, as this is the most expedient form of communication that will alert our staff to your request the quickest.
Please do not place an order unless you are absolutely certain it is what you need. We are not responsible for shipping your order too fast, that is our duty and it is what we endeavor towards.
Tracking Your Shipment
It is very important to us that you receive your order promptly, and that your order is accurate. You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you've placed it. If you don't receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the shipment notification email that contains your tracking information. Please ensure you are checking your tracking and ensuring a smooth delivery.
If an order is returned to Cleanflow for any reason, including incorrect or incomplete address, we will send you an invoice for the return freight charges. Please check and follow your tracking information. If there are any delays or other issues, contact the courier company and present them with your tracking number.
UPS, Purolator, Canpar, Loomis, and Canada Post are a few of the carriers we use. They all provide quick and reliable shipping of packages across Canada and into the USA. Other trustworthy carriers such as Day & Ross or Manitoulin Transport may be used if your order is too large to ship with a courier company.
Smaller, local carriers may be used if you are in close proximity to one of our shipping locations. Localized carriers often provide delivery in remote and rural areas. If you prefer delivery with a local carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss this option.
As soon as your order leaves our facility, an email is automatically sent from our system to the email address that you provide us with at time of order.
Rural and Remote Shipments
Canada Post is often the best option for delivery to rural areas. If you enter a P.O. box number in the address field during checkout, we will ship your order via Canada Post. If you enter both a P.O. box number and a street address, we will still ship with Canada Post.
Cleanflow works with many smaller airline companies for delivery to the most remote regions of Canada. If your community is only accessible by air, we can deliver your order to the airline company that services your community. If necessary, we will compare costs and delivery times between Canada Post and local airline companies to determine the best method of delivery for your order. If you prefer delivery with a local airline company, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss this option.

Shipping to the USA
This section applies only to customers located within the United States. If you are located within Canada, you are NOT subject to any of the items noted below.
Cleanflow is located in Canada, and we do ship internationally to the continental United States. Please note that you, the US buyer, are responsible for any tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely based on the type of item ordered and the dollar value of the order. Please do your research through your local customs office so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be.
Shipping charges shown on this website are based on the freight carrier moving your purchased goods from our place of business to your place of business. Import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees for customers located outside of Canada are not included in our shipping charges. These additional charges are typically invoiced directly to the customer by the freight carrier at the time of delivery. If you refuse to pay duties, taxes and/or clearance charges to the freight carrier, the goods are returned to Cleanflow. Restocking fees and return freight charges will be deducted from your refund.
Courier Liabilities
Due to the risk of COVID-19 transmission and other factors surrounding local restrictions, the majority of couriers have suspended signature requirements for all shipments until further notice. If you expect or require a signature at time of delivery, unfortunately this is not possible for an indefinite period of time.
Please use the tracking number we email to track your shipment. If you don't see it in your email's inbox, please check your junk folder. If you don't see it there, please contact us.
We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen shipments where we have provided a tracking number and have receipt of record to indicate such on our end. It is the customer's responsibility to track their shipment and ensure its delivery during this period of signature suspension.
We are unable to take control or responsibility of shipment delays once packages have entered transit and encounter delays due to lockdown, or other measures. If you are concerned about the timeframe of your shipment, we heavily encourage you to contact the courier company with your tracking number to discuss solutions with them.
