What is the Standard Order Time?

Most orders are shipped out from our warehouse within an average of 3 to 10 business days (excluding the order date, weekends, and holidays). Please keep in mind this is an average, and some orders may ship quicker or slower than average. Items not in stock will ship within a reasonable timeframe. If an item is on backorder or out of stock we will contact you by email to notify you.

Typically January and February are busier times of the year for us. If your order surpasses 10 business days, please feel free to review your order status on your order page, or use the chat on our website for updates on availability and your order status.

What Method of Shipment is Used for Orders?

For packages and parcels we typically ship thru major carriers including UPS, FedEx, Purolator, Canpar, Loomis, and Canada Post. For hefty items we most commonly use Day & Ross, Gardewine, Manitoulin Transport, and YRC. Shipping methods are based on item size, warehouse availability and your location relative to ours. We do our best to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible, however if you have a preferred carrier to use or avoid please let us know in the comments section of your order, or by contacting us. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred method of shipment if feasible for our company.

Where are Products Shipped From?

Cleanflow ships all products from Canada.

We ship orders from our Canadian warehouse located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This means no customs clearance charges for Canadian customers.

On occasion, we may have our manufacturing partners ship from their Canadian warehouses. We work with many different manufacturers across Canada to provide you with the quickest lead time on a diverse range of products.

What can I expect after my order ships?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking number to follow your shipment.

  • Standard Shipments: Tracking is usually available the same day.

  • LTL Freight Shipments: Tracking is sent the next business day, after our freight partners complete documentation.

šŸ“Œ Please Note:

Once an item ships, it’s the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Monitor tracking regularly

  • Contact the carrier for re-delivery if missed

  • Pick up from the carrier’s depot if required

While we may occasionally follow up if we’re alerted to a problem, we are unable to track every shipment individually due to order volume.

I ordered from the U.S. — why is my order delayed?

Cleanflow ships U.S. orders using UPS. Certain products require additional regulatory clearance before they can enter the United States, which can result in longer-than-normal delivery times.

Products that may require additional clearance include UV lamps, water filters, water purification equipment, liquid drain cleaners, chemicals, and other regulated products. In addition to U.S. Customs clearance, these shipments may require approval from a Partner Government Agency (PGA). For many water purification products, including UV lamps and water filters, the applicable agency is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Please allow additional delivery time when ordering regulated or water purification products from Canada. PGA clearance times are outside of Cleanflow's control and, in some cases, can significantly delay a shipment at the border.

While a shipment is awaiting regulatory clearance, UPS can only hold it for a limited period - typically 5 business days. If the required clearance is not completed by the PGA within UPS's allowable hold period, UPS will return the shipment to Cleanflow before the government agency has completed its review.

If your shipment is returned to our warehouse because regulatory clearance was not completed within the carrier's hold period, we can arrange to ship the order again; however, additional shipping charges will apply.

Cleanflow is not responsible for delivery delays, additional carrier charges, or returned shipments resulting from U.S. Customs or Partner Government Agency (PGA) clearance requirements. Customers ordering regulated products from Canada should account for the possibility of additional border-processing time when placing their order.
