Free shipping applies to online orders paid at checkout by credit card or electronic payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal).
Customers on credit terms accounts billed by invoice are not eligible. If your account is on credit terms, your account rep will arrange shipping and confirm the rate before your order ships.
Canada
Orders over $199 CAD (pre-tax) ship free within Canada. All products ship from our Canadian warehouse, so Canadian customers never pay customs or import fees, just smooth, reliable delivery nationwide.
United States
Orders over $199 USD (pre-tax) qualify for free shipping across the continental U.S.
We use a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) system to make cross-border shipping simple:

When Freight Quotes Apply
Some items are too large or heavy to ship through standard courier services and must be sent via truck freight (LTL). These freight-only items are excluded from flat-rate or free shipping calculations.
You’ll always know before your order ships if freight charges apply — and you’ll never be surprised by hidden fees.
These items are:
- Clearly flagged on product pages: Any item that requires extra freight will display a notice letting you know that shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced separately after checkout.
- Confirmed again at checkout: During checkout, you’ll see a message under “Shipping Method” noting that freight costs will be emailed to you after your order is placed.

What Qualifies for Free Shipping
Eligible Orders:
- Online orders paid at checkout by credit card or electronic payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal)
- All standard-sized products
- Shipments to commercial or residential addresses in non-remote locations
- Items that ship by standard parcel courier (Purolator, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
Exceptions:
- Orders on a credit-terms account (accounts billed by invoice) — your account rep arranges shipping separately
- 📦 Freight-only (LTL) shipments — oversized, palletized, or heavy goods
- 🗺️ Remote or out-of-service areas where couriers apply surcharges
If your order includes exceptions, checkout will display a message noting that extra freight costs apply. Our team will contact you with a freight quote before shipping.
Flat-Rate Shipping for Orders Under $199
Don’t want to reach $199? We offer predictable flat rates:
- $20 CAD — Most Canadian provinces
- $30 CAD — Atlantic Canada
- $30 USD — Continental U.S.
Remote locations and LTL shipments are excluded from flat-rate shipping. If your address requires special handling, we’ll follow up with exact costs before shipping.

Important Update for U.S. Customers
As part of the New U.S. Shipping Regulations, effective August 29, 2025, all shipments from Canada to the United States are subject to duties and import fees. The U.S. has removed its duty-free exemption for orders under $800.
