Startech's intrinsically safe flashlights can be used where flammable gasses, vapors, liquids, combustible dusts or ignitable fibers are present. These 120 Lumen flashlights are totally sealed to prevent micro sparks from exiting flashlight.
Certified to cULus Class I Division I, Class II Division I, and Class III Division I – the highest standards in the world. Specially designed valve permits hydrogen gas produced by batteries to exit flashlight, preventing accumulations that could be ignited by internal sparks. Security screw is designed to prevent casual replacement of batteries while working in volatile environments.
IP67 waterproof to 1 meter. Drop tested to 1 meter. Cree® XP-E SMD lighting element produces extremely bright light while providing excellent run time.
Available in two sizes: 6-3/4" flashlight with (4) AA batteries and 9" flashlight with (3) C batteries. High and low output modes. Complete with belt clip. Can be mounted to hard hat with optional clip set.
