Description
LMI LiquiPro Liquid End Replacement Kits for Chemical Metering Pumps with Worn Heads, Leaking Seals, or Inconsistent Dosing
The LMI LiquiPro liquid end replacement kit replaces the entire wet end of your LMI chemical metering pump. Each kit ships pre-assembled with a machined acrylic pump head, Fluorofilm Liquifram diaphragm, suction and discharge valves, injection check valve, foot valve with strainer, 4-function discharge valve, and all tubing and ferrules. These are standard LiquiPro liquid ends for general water treatment chemistries.
For sodium hypochlorite or other off-gassing chemicals, see the LMI AutoPrime chlorine liquid end kits instead.
Key Features
- Complete wet-end replacement. The LMI LiquiPro liquid end replacement kit includes pre-assembled acrylic pump head, Liquifram diaphragm, all check valves, injection assembly, foot valve, 4-function valve, and tubing with ferrules. Nothing else to order.
- Machined acrylic head lets operators confirm diaphragm action and chemical flow visually without disconnecting tubing. Identify dosing problems before they affect your process.
- A 4-function discharge valve provides anti-siphon protection, pressure relief, line drain, and priming aid in one integrated assembly.
- Chlorine-compatible materials throughout: Acrylic/PVC head, Ceramic ball checks, Fluorofilm Liquifram diaphragm, PVDF/Polyprel seals. Handles acids, caustics, coagulants, polymers, and most water treatment chemistries per LMI's compatibility chart.
- Fits LMI LiquiPro Series B, C, B7, B9, C7, and C9 pumps. The LMI Two Dial B Series and LMI Two-Dial C Series pumps both use these standard LiquiPro liquid ends. Full compatibility table below.
- Pre-assembled for fast installation. A trained technician completes the liquid end swap in 30 to 60 minutes.

Kit-to-Pump Compatibility
Match your pump model suffix to the correct LMI LiquiPro liquid end replacement kit:
| Kit | Size (Tubing) | Fits Pumps | Series |
|---|---|---|---|
| LE-410SI | 0.5 (1/4" OD) | Models ending in 410SI | B, C, B7, B9, C7, C9 |
| LE-450SI | 0.5 (1/4" OD) | Models ending in 450SI | B, C, B7, B9, C7, C9 |
| LE-460SI | 1.8 (3/8" OD) | Models ending in 460SI | B, C, B7, B9, C7, C9 |
| LE-490SI | 0.9 (3/8" OD) | Models ending in 490SI | B, C, B7, B9, C7, C9 |
How to find your liquid end designation: Check the silver data plate on the front of your pump. Model format is [Series][Drive]-[Liquid End], e.g. B121-490SI. The last section (490SI) is the liquid end. Match it to the table above. Contact our team with your full model and serial number if you need help.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between SI and HI liquid end kits?
SI kits are standard LiquiPro liquid ends with 2 check valves (suction and discharge). HI kits are AutoPrime liquid ends with 3 check valves that include a degassing bleed valve for off-gassing chemicals like sodium hypochlorite. If you dose chlorine or hydrogen peroxide, you need the HI version. For acids, caustics, coagulants, polymers, and other non-off-gassing chemistries, the SI kit on this page is correct.
How often should the liquid end be replaced on an LMI metering pump?
LMI recommends replacing elastomeric components (diaphragm, seals, O-rings) annually with an RPM repair kit. The full liquid end assembly typically lasts 3 to 5 years in normal water treatment service before the acrylic head shows wear, crazing, or chemical clouding. Aggressive chemistries, high temperatures, or continuous-duty operation can shorten that interval. Replace the full liquid end when the head shows visible damage or when an RPM rebuild no longer restores consistent dosing.
What chemistries can these kits handle?
The SI liquid end materials (Acrylic/PVC head, Ceramic checks, Fluorofilm diaphragm, PVDF/Polyprel seals) handle a broad range of water treatment chemicals: aluminum sulfate, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, polymers, fluoride compounds, citric acid, and phosphoric acid. Always verify your specific chemistry against LMI's published compatibility chart before ordering.
What LMI pump series are these kits compatible with?
LMI LiquiPro Series B and C pumps, including the B7, B9, C7, and C9 electronic variants. Confirm with our team if your pump is a Roytronic model, as connection styles differ between LiquiPro and Roytronic families.
Can I use an SI kit on a pump that currently has an HI (AutoPrime) liquid end?
Physically, the SI and HI liquid ends mount to the same drive. But swapping from HI to SI removes the AutoPrime degassing capability. If your pump doses sodium hypochlorite or another off-gassing chemistry, removing AutoPrime will cause vapor lock and prime loss. Only downgrade from HI to SI if your application chemistry has changed to a non-off-gassing chemical.
Do I need to recalibrate the pump after installing a new liquid end?
Yes. After installing the LMI LiquiPro liquid end replacement kit, prime the pump at 100% speed and 100% stroke length using the 4-function valve bypass port. Once primed, recalibrate the output by running a timed volumetric test at your operating pressure. The new diaphragm and check valves may produce slightly different output than the worn components they replaced, so verify actual flow against your dosing target before returning the pump to service.
What is Cleanflow's return policy on liquid end kits?
30-day return on unused, original-condition kits. Submit returns at returns.cleanflow.net. LMI manufacturer warranty applies. Keep original packaging. Contact [email protected] or 1-866-335-1078.
