How to Use the Reed DEB4

1. Cut the pipe to the desired length.
2. Seat the pipe O.D. into the proper radial groove on the DEB4 body.
3. Snap the spring-loaded blade into position against the pipe. It locks tight.
4. Rotate the pipe (or the tool) one complete revolution clockwise to complete the exterior chamfer.
5. Remove the pipe. It is deburred, chamfered, and ready for fitting.

For larger diameters (3" and 4"), use a 1/2" ratchet on the square drive pocket to reduce hand effort.

DEB4 Blade Care

The blade is sharp. Handle with care when removing, sharpening, or replacing it. Each blade has two cutting edges. When one dulls, flip the blade and reinstall. Both edges can be resharpened with a fine file. When the blade is worn past sharpening, replace it with a Reed DEB4B.
