Our warehouse is open on six days between December 21 and January 3, and closed on the rest. Orders placed between December 21 and mid-January may take longer than usual to ship. If you need something by a set date, order before December 21 or plan for the extra time.

Why Orders Take Longer Over the Holidays

Five things happen at once, and each one adds time:

Six operating days. Between December 21 and January 3, the warehouse is open on six days in total.

Smaller crew. Our people take their scheduled holiday time, so the days we are open run with fewer hands.

Suppliers and freight. Many of our suppliers and carriers close or cut back, so stock arrives later, and outgoing freight moves slower.

Courier volumes. UPS and other carriers are running at holiday volumes, with their own closures, and may add days to transit.

The backlog. Orders keep arriving while we are closed, so each reopening starts with a queue.

What This Means for Your Order

Reopening on January 4 does not mean normal times return on January 4. The queue, late inbound stock, holiday staffing, and carrier delays will continue, and we expect to work through them until at least mid-January.

If you order on  What to expect
December 21 Your order may not ship until January, depending on stock and the queue ahead of it.
January 4 Your order may not ship until the week of January 11 or the week of January 18.
Early January Longer processing than usual while the warehouse, suppliers, and carriers catch up.

Please build these times into your plans before you order. Our normal processing and delivery times do not apply in this window.

If your order is urgent

If you need parts or equipment by a specific date in late December or early January, order before December 21. If that is not possible, wait until mid-January unless the dates above work for you.

Expedited shipping speeds up the courier leg only. It does not shorten warehouse processing, supplier delays, or closed days, and we cannot promise a dispatch or delivery date during this period.

Reaching us

Our team answers email on the days the warehouse is open and works through every order in the queue. They cannot move an order ahead of the others or open the warehouse on a closed day. The fastest way to get what you need is to order early.

To check where your order is, visit our order tracking page — it updates as your order moves through our warehouse.

Email info@cleanflow.ca with your order number if you need to know where it stands. Please be patient with the people answering; they are working through the holiday season too.

Questions We Get Every Year

Can I still place an order while the warehouse is closed?

Yes. The website takes orders every day. Your order joins the queue and ships after the warehouse reopens, subject to stock and the orders ahead of it.

Will expedited shipping get my order out sooner?

No. Expedited shipping shortens the courier's part of the trip once the parcel leaves us. It does not change warehouse processing, supplier delays, or closed days.

I need something before Christmas. What should I do?

Order before December 21, and earlier if you can. Orders placed on December 21 or later may not ship until January.

When do normal processing times come back?

We reopen on January 4 and work through the backlog from there. Normal times return as the queue clears, which we expect by mid-January at the earliest.

Thank you for your understanding and for planning with us.
