Professional Use Only: The items on this website are intended to be used only by professionals in the water and wastewater industry. Supplemental training, permits, or licenses may be needed to use these items. Many items on this website can be harmful if used improperly; if in doubt, do not use them. We strongly recommend reading and following the manufacturer's warnings, instructions, and procedures carefully. Please contact us or the manufacturer before proceeding if you have any questions regarding the safe use of any product.

Neither we nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use any item sold by us, but our only obligation in lieu of all warranties express or implied, is to replace any item proved to be defective. Before using, the user must determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and the user assumes all risk in connection therewith.

$50.00 minimum order. If less, a $15.00 service charge will be added to the invoice.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit, Company Cheques, Money Orders and Purchase Orders are accepted.

$50.00 service charge on all N.S.F. cheques.

Orders placed and then cancelled after Cleanflow has processed the order, but before shipment are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Credit terms are net thirty (30) days from date of invoice for established accounts. If you would like to open an account with us, please contact us for a copy of our credit terms and credit application form.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges are in addition to the prices shown on this website.

Tax exemption numbers must be provided at time of sale.

We will be pleased to provide written Quotations for any non-standard orders, international orders, orders containing Dangerous Goods, tax exempt orders, orders requiring special shipping & handling (i.e: heated shipments). Written Quotations are valid for 30 days.

All returns require RA # (return authorization number).

Returns will be accepted for credit only within 30 days of the invoice date if the item is unused and is in 100% resalable condition. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returned items that were supplied as ordered.

Clothing, boots, gloves and other personal safety gear is final sale and will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

If incorrect goods were shipped, they can be exchanged for the correct goods. Any additional shipping costs caused by our error will be covered by Cleanflow.

Special (non-catalogue items) orders and cut lengths are not returnable.

Items purchased from the "Clearance Products" section of our website are final sale and not returnable.

The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery due to causes beyond its control. Items not shipped are back ordered for future shipment.

All goods are accepted in good condition by the carrier. Claims for shipping damage to the goods must be made within (48) hours from the date of shipment.

Cleanflow will charge a $25.00 handling charge for all orders shipped collect on customer's own courier account.

We reserve the right to alter chosen shipping method or mode of shipment based on carrier's time of transit and/or cost.

International Orders

Shipping charges shown on this website are based on the freight carrier moving your purchased goods from our place of business to your place of business. Import duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees for customers located outside of Canada are not included in our shipping charges. These additional charges are typically invoiced directly to the customer by the freight carrier at the time of delivery. If you refuse to pay duties, taxes and/or clearance charges to the freight carrier, the goods are returned to Cleanflow. Restocking fees and return freight charges will be deducted from your refund.
