Key Features: Precision and Flexibility for Your Piping Needs

• Direct Branch Connection: Allows for a direct branch connection at any location where a hole can be cut in the pipe, providing flexibility in system design and installation.
• Secure Installation: Features a “holefinder” locating collar that secures the outlet in position permanently, with a pressure-responsive gasket that seals on the pipe O.D.
• Cross-Type Connections: Achieve cross-type connections by utilizing two upper housings of the same style and size, with the same or differing branch size connections. Note: Style 920 and Style 920N housings cannot be mated to each other for cross connections.
• Female Pipe Thread (FIP) Outlet : Available with female threaded outlets.
  
• High Pressure Rating: Rated at 500 psi/3450 kPa working pressure on Schedule 10 and 40 carbon steel pipe. Also compatible with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polybutylene pipe, with pressure ratings dependent on the pipe rating.
• Durable Construction: Made from ductile iron conforming to ASTM A-536, Grade 65-45-12, with an orange enamel coating for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance.
• Advanced Gasket Technology: Grade “E” EPDM gasket with a temperature range of –30°F to +230°F/–34°C to +110°C. Suitable for cold and hot water service, various dilute acids, oil-free air, and many chemical services. UL Classified for potable water service at both cold +86°F/+30°C and hot +180°F/+82°C. Note: Not recommended for petroleum services.
