Safety and Standards Note

Important: the Icebear Plain Toe is a recreational and chore boot, not a safety boot. It does not carry CSA Grade 1 safety toe certification, ASTM F2413, or any other industrial safety footwear certification. The boot does carry slip resistance testing under CSA Z195-14 standards (Coefficient of Friction on quarry tile and stainless steel, wet and dry, at room and cold-climate conditions), but slip resistance alone is not a safety toe certification.

If your worksite or insurance carrier requires CSA-approved or ASTM-approved safety footwear, this boot does not qualify. Consider the Icebear STP sibling at a slightly higher price, which uses the same shell with a composite safety toe and plate added, with full CSA Grade 1 certification.

• Polyurethane upper and rubber sole: wipe with a damp cloth to remove dirt, snow, slurry, or chemical residue. Let air dry naturally
