Copper Tube Size LF Brass | Compression by MPT Adapter

Compression X Male Pipe Thread (MPT) adapters are used with copper tube as well as High Density Poly Pipe in applications that require an adapter to connect copper pipe or HDPE pipe to a plumbing fitting with female pipe threads.

Copper tube size (CTS) pipe and fittings are often used with 3/4" and 1" service lines. Iron Pipe Size (IPS) pipes and fittings are more common for 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" service lines. Insert stiffeners are required for all connections using flexible plastic pipe.

These Cambridge Brass Adapter Couplings meet  or exceed AWWA C800 and  NSF 61 & 372 and are 300 PSI rated.
