The Franklin 10" x 2.5" OD FWPS Series Spun Poly Filter Cartridge is designed for reliable sediment filtration in residential, commercial, and light industrial water treatment systems. Manufactured from 100% melt-blown polypropylene using thermal fusion technology, this cartridge contains no adhesives, binders, or chemical glues that could leach into the water supply.
Its advanced three-layer density construction captures larger particles near the outer surface while finer fibers inside retain smaller contaminants deeper within the cartridge. This design increases dirt-holding capacity, reduces pressure drop, and extends filter service life.
Ideal for potable water systems, reverse osmosis pre-filtration, process water, and general sediment reduction applications.
