Designed for easy installation in the suction line of chemical metering pumps, the Griffco Calibration Cylinder offers precise measurement in both mL and GPH units. To ensure the best performance, two isolating valves (not supplied) must be installed in the suction line.

How it works:

The top of the cylinder is vented back to the storage tank or to a drain to prevent overflows. Simply fill the cylinder to the top mark, close the fill valve from the chemical tank, and switch on the chemical feed pump for 30 seconds. The reading on the right side of the cylinder provides a direct readout of the flow rate in US gallons per hour (GPH). Alternatively, you can observe the volume withdrawn on the mL scale and use the provided formula to convert the measurements to liters per hour (LPH) or GPH.

Please note that the maximum cylinder pressure is 15 PSI.
