Cleaning Instructions

Vacuum the M+A ColorStar mat regularly with an upright vacuum. In high-traffic areas, vacuum daily. In lighter-traffic zones, weekly vacuuming is sufficient. For deeper cleaning, use a hot water extractor or hose off to remove heavy soil. Hang the mat to dry after any wet cleaning. The recycled PET carpet entrance mat must be completely dry before returning to service to avoid slip hazards.

Laundering Instructions

Commercial laundering applies to ColorStar mats with nitrile rubber backing only. The Cleanflow variant has SBR smooth backing and is not designed for tunnel washing. Maintain with vacuuming and extract-cleaning as described above.

• Wash at 100-120°F (38-49°C) using low pH non-ionic detergents

• Break pH should not exceed 9.5

• Rinse twice with cold water after washing

• Dry at no more than 180°F (82°C) basket temperature for 5-10 minutes

• Lay mats flat after removal from dryer and allow to cool before rolling
