Step-by-Step Installation Guide

1️⃣ Power Off & Drain the System

• Disconnect the unit from the power source.
• Fully drain the water tank.

2️⃣ Remove the Existing Float Switch

• Remove the cover plate from the motor by unscrewing two screws.
• Disconnect three pressure switch wires, keeping the ground wire screw.
• Use a wrench to unscrew and remove the old switch from the tank.

3️⃣ Prepare for Installation

• Use a 3½” hole saw to cut a new opening where the previous pressure switch was located.
• Vacuum any plastic debris from the tank.

4️⃣ Install the New Float Switch

• Apply NSF silicone to the lip of the new bushing before installation.
• Allow the silicone to fully dry before resuming operation.

5️⃣ Reconnect the New Float Switch

• Attach the new pressure switch power supply wires (three wires total).
• Secure the green ground wire using the existing screw.
