The HCP Model 50SFU2.4A effluent pump, constructed with SUS316 stainless steel and Viton O-rings is an industrial grade dewatering solution for corrosive and seawater applications.

This stainless steel pump is a 1/2 HP industrial quality pump available with either a 120 Volt Single Phase or a 240 Volt Three Phase motor. These pumps are ideally suited for corrosive effluent or sewage applications that have limited solids. The single phase 120 Volt pump is highly portable and has a 30' cable with a three prong 120V plug. The 240 Volt three phase pump has a 30' cable for connection to a control panel.

• Durable Dual Seals: Carbon/ceramic upper side and silicon carbide lower side seal in an oil-filled chamber with food-grade oil ensure long-lasting performance. The motors use viton o rings.
• Sturdy Construction: The upper cover, motor frame and volute are made with ASTM A744 CF8M stainless steel alloy.
  
• Severe Service Impeller: Vortex impeller is made with ASTM A744 CF8M austenitic stainless steel classified for Castings, Iron-Chromium-Nickel, Corrosion-Resistant for Severe Service.
• Motor Protection: The 120 Volt Single Phase motor is equipped with a built-in thermal protector to prevent pump overheating, as well as an embedded moisture sensor to provide an alarm signal to a control panel.
• Optional Float Switch: An optional piggyback float switch can automatically control the single phase pump's on/off function based on water levels.
• Compact Design: Measures 9-5/16" x 6" x 17" tall and weighs 31 lbs.
• High Capacity: 2 Inch FPT discharge, handles 1-3/8" solids.

  • 1/2 HP, 120V, 1 Phase: 6.2 Amp 3380 RPM with a 30' cable with three prong plug.
  • 1/2 HP, 240V, 3 Phase: 2.2 Amp 3380 RPM with a 30' cable length.
• High Performance: Maximum flow of 75 GPM @ 8' head and maximum head of 30 feet @ 5 GPM.
• Certified: UL778 and CSA c22.2 No 108-14 certified for quality and safety.
