How to Install JACO Nylon Compression Tube Union Connectors

1. Cut the end of the tubing squarely and remove all internal and external burrs.
2. Insert the tubing through the back of the nut and through the nut assembly until it reaches the tube stop in the fitting body.
3. Hold the tubing firmly against the tube stop, then hand-tighten the nut.
4. Wrench-tighten the nut an additional 1-1/2 to 2 turns.
5. Retighten all nuts when the system reaches its projected operating temperature.
