Installation:

1. Easy Installation: Clean the pipe over the entire circumference where the clamp is to be installed. To quickly clean the underside of a buried pipe use a Belted Pipe Descaler to remove scale and pebbles. Be sure that there is no foreign debris (pebbles or dirt) on the clamp gasket or pipe. Lubricate the entire clamp gasket with an NSF certified pipe lube.
2. Fasteners: 5/8” NC T304 threaded stainless steel rods with 15/16" nuts coated in an anti-galling compound to prevent seizing. A Ratcheting Wrench or deep socket will help speed the installation. 
   
3. Torque: Tighten the nuts evenly and incrementally, starting from the center and moving outward. Complete the installation using a Torque Wrench to evenly tighten the nuts to 80 ft. lbs., ensuring a tight and secure fit.
4. PSI Rating: Suitable for working pressures up to 150 PSI, making it ideal for a variety of water main repair situations
