Installation Tips:

1. Preparation: Clean the pipe over the entire circumference where the clamp is to be installed. Ensure there are no pebbles or dirt on the pipe or clamp gasket.

3. Positioning: Ensure a minimum of 4" of the clamp extends beyond each side of the repair area. Drill small holes at each end of a crack to prevent it from spreading.
4. Tightening: Tighten the nuts evenly and incrementally, starting from the center and moving outward. Torque each nut to 80 ft. lbs.
