Chem-Tech Series XP chemical metering pumps are the preferred choice for many water treatment plant operators due to their unique tubing-driven pump heads that offer natural degassing and are completely self-priming. These features make them ideal for feeding gaseous chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite. The standard low pressure pump tube provides an extended service life, ensuring durability and reliability. Additionally, high-pressure tube pumps are available. They interchangeable with low pressure tubes should pumping conditions change.

• Adjustable Dosing Rate: Features a single control dial that adjusts the pump on/off cycle time, allowing for precise dosing from 5% to 100%.
• Infinitely Adjustable Rates: The cycle time is 2 seconds, with the adjustment dial providing the setting percentage as the amount of time the pump is on in each cycle.
• User-Friendly Control Dial: For instance, a 5% setting provides a 0.10-second on-time and a 1.90-second off-time, while a 95% setting offers a 1.90-second on-time and a 0.10-second off-time.
• Included: These pumps are shipped complete with a suction strainer, an injection check valve assembly, 10' of 1/4" LLDPE tubing and a low pressure Norprene peristaltic tube with 1/4" connectors.
• CSA and NSF Approved: Meets stringent safety and performance standards.
• Durable Design: Backed by a 2-year limited warranty for long-term reliability.
• Chem-Tech KOPkits (Keep-on-Pumping) kits can be purchased separately. These kits include spare parts and replacement wear items for periodic maintenance.
• Peristaltic Pump Grease: Recommended to lubricate the rotor assembly at least once per year for residential service, and more frequently for pumps under prolonged use. Purchased separately.
