A standard self-retracting lifeline is only rated for overhead anchors. When the anchor point drops to foot level or the line could run over a sharp edge during a fall, a standard SRL can fail. The PeakWorks leading edge SRL (V845622006LE) is a Dyneema self-retracting lifeline tested for both scenarios. It is third-party certified to CSA Z259.2.2-2017 for leading edge and overhead use.

- Dyneema webbing resists edge cuts. Dyneema is a high-strength polyethylene fiber that resists abrasion and cutting better than standard webbing.
