HCP Model 50SA2.8A Stainless Steel Submersible Dewatering Pump: Ideal for corrosive and seawater applications

The HCP Model 50SA2.8A, constructed with SUS316 stainless steel and Viton O-rings is an ideal dewatering solution for acid-corrosive and seawater applications.

This stainless steel 1 HP industrial quality pump is available with120 Volt or 240 Volt Single Phase motors as well as 240 Volt or 575 Volt Three Phase motors. These pumps are designed for corrosive dewatering applications that have limited solids. Featuring a robust bottom end strainer that provides a solid base while preventing stones and pebbles from entering the pump and jamming the impeller. The single phase 120 Volt pump is highly portable and has a 30' cable with a three prong 120V plug.

• Durable Seals: Equipped with a carbon/ceramic upper side and silicon/carbide lower side seal for long life in dirty water applications. The motors and pump casings use viton o rings.
• Sturdy Construction: The upper cover and volute are made with ASTM A744 CF8M stainless steel alloy and the motor frame is constructed with 316 stainless steel.
• Severe Service Impeller: Vortex impeller is made with ASTM A744 CF8M austenitic stainless steel classified for Castings, Iron-Chromium-Nickel, Corrosion-Resistant, for Severe Service
  
• Motor Protection: The 120 Volt and 240 Volt Single Phase motors are equipped with a built-in thermal protector to prevent pump overheating The three phase motors have a moisture sensor to provide an alarm signal to a control panel.
• Optional Float Switch: An optional piggyback float switch can automatically control the 120 Volt pump's on/off function based on water levels.
• Compact Design: Measures 9-5/8" x 6-3/4" x 17-1/8" tall and weighs 35 lbs.
• High Capacity: 2 Inch FPT discharge, handles 3/8" solids.
